The Entryway We All Wish We Had This Christmas

Gracefully ordained entry in Savannah, GA by designer Lavin Label captured by Alison Gootee for Southern Living Magazine. The wallpaper is Farrow and Ball and the railing color is Farrow and Ball Railings. The delicate chandelier with whimsical birds is from Visual Comfort.

The unexpected timeless turquoise is showing off in this traditional entryway with pine garland and touches of gold for a soft, understated holiday greeting. The vintage-like bells are from Ballard Designs. Interior design by Heather Dewberry and Will C Huff and a featured image on the cover of Atlanta Homes Magazine.

It’s not every day you find Greek Key hand-painted on hardwood floors but when you do, you cheer in appreciation for a designer willing to take a chance and create a touch of unique classic design. The glass pane front door is magnified by a large pine and magnolia wreath that compliments the garland hanging from the staircase railing. It’s a traditional Christmas entryway worth sharing. A beautiful collaboration between interior designer Elly Boston and architect James B Laughlin.

Image 1: Interior designer Sara Bartholomew never fails to add character and the perfect blend of colors to her designs and this entryway is no exception. Image 2: Covered in Traditional Magazine, this Southern entryway is filled with drama and poise! Interior design by Grace Interiors and photo by Brie Williams. Image 3: Another beautiful image by Jeff Herr capturing a historic feeling entry with millwork details, Ralph Lauren like wall covering and elegant gold and green garland. Interior design by Beth Ervin and architect Norman Adkins.
